Latin name: Coprinus atramentarius

A grey and brown-ish conical mushroom that was once used to make ink. Common Inkcap mushrooms can be found in clumps on the ground but associated with buried wood from late spring to autumn. Edible but highly poisonous when consumed with alcohol.
