Shanklin is a Town in the county of Isle of Wight.

Shanklin is a popular seaside town on the east coast of the Isle of Wight.

The town has a wide, sandy beach which is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and paddling. Shanklin also has a pretty Old Village with traditional thatched cottages, and a wooded ravine called Shanklin Chine which is popular with walkers and nature lovers.
