The Grade II listed, Needles Lighthouse was built in 1859 by James Walker and replaced an earlier lighthouse which stood on the mainland.
The Needles Lighthouse is over 33 metres high and is topped by a castellated parapet.
The Needles Lighthouse is in Isle Of Wight AONB, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
