Raunds is a town beside the River Nene in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
In moden Ruands was a town based around boot making in the industrial revolutions but the area has been the site of medieval and Roman occupation. Today, industry is removed to the outskirts of the town where there is a major distribution centre.
The area around the River Nene at Raunds is home to the popular Stanwick Lakes.
