Eller Brook by munki-boy

Eller Brook

A small river flowing down through Ellerbeck into Duxbury Woods, good for bluebells and wild garlic in Spring.

Eller Brook goes under the old railway embankment for the Ellerbeck Collieries through a stone culvert with interesting three-layered brick lining.

I’m not sure why the area name is Ellerbeck yet the stream is Eller Brook.
