Bridgwater is a historic market town in Somerset, England. Bridgwater is located on the edge of the Somerset Levels.
The town of Bridgwater is home to many historical landmarks and attractions. One of the most notable landmarks in Bridgwater is the church of St Mary’s, which dates back to the 14th century. The town is also home to the Somerset County Museum, which houses a collection of artifacts and exhibits relating to the history of Somerset.
Bridgwater is a bustling market town, witha variety of shops and businesses. The town is home to a number of schools, as well as a college and a university.
Bridgwater is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding countryside. The town is within easy reach of the Mendip Hills, the Quantock Hills, and the Exmoor National Park. There are also a number of walks and cycle trails in the area.
