Borsdane Brook in Borsdane Wood by munki-boy
Borsdane Brook
A small-looking but substantially long stream, best-known passing through the Borsdane Wood area.
Borsdane Brook rises somewhere on Blackrod hill to the north and makes its way sporadically southwards towards the Pennington Green area where it flows through Borsdane Wood - the area where it got its name - and a well-known nature trail and walking area along the stream.
Eventually leaving the wood, Borsdane Brook makes its way down by Hindley before flowing into the larger Hey Brook.
